Making a map of Egypt

This morning, Maple Class studied a map of Egypt. They had to identify and remember the border, the seas, cities, the River Nile and other monuments as they were making their own map.

Step 1: the children had to work as a team, using masking tape, to create the Egyptian border. They then were allowed to check this against a map and make any changes as required.

Step 2: The children had to place pictures of the monuments, cities and seas in the correct place. Again. they could check this against a map once they had placed them all down.

Step 3: take a picture with your map 🙂
